Information collected by this website

Secure insurance application

The application is provided through Jotform and may request identity, contact, health, beneficiary, employment, and banking information used to review life insurance options and assist with an application. Form responses are protected using Jotform's encrypted-form feature. Submit sensitive information only through the designated secure application—not by standard email.

Scheduling

The booking page links to Google Calendar. Information you submit when scheduling is processed under Google's applicable privacy practices.

Third-party services

Cloudflare hosts the website. Jotform provides the secure application. Google provides scheduling and video-meeting services. Each provider may process information under its own privacy notice and security practices.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently include advertising or analytics tools. Embedded or linked third-party services may use technologies necessary to provide their features.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit an application online and can book a call first. To stop marketing text messages, reply STOP. You may contact Hunter to ask about information submitted through the application.
